What's Not Included

Cost    

Package price is $3,695/pp, double occupancy on Sao Miguel Island. $3,995/pp single occupancy on Sao Miguel Island, ALL travelers will have a single room on Pico Island.

 

To hold your spot on this trip, a $600 deposit is required. This deposit is refundable for the first 30 days, unless paid after March 25th. All deposits paid after March 25th are non-refundable.

The balance is due by April 25th. There are no refunds after April 25th, as most aspects of the trip will have already been confirmed.

This trip requires a minimum of 5 Kindred Women Travelers. If the minimum is not met, all payments made will be refunded in full. You will be notified immediately when the minimum is met.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

  • Passport - Must be valid through January 7, 2024

  • Proof of medical insurance

  • All travelers must obtain travel insurance. For price quotes on insurance policies, feel free to visit SafetyWing.com and/or TravelGuard.com.  Insurance must cover the full amount of the trip and documented proof of insurance is required.

  • Proof of covid vaccinations at least 14 days before travel.

  • All travelers must take an at-home covid test, and test negative, the day of travel.
